From my experience,you will naturally learn how to be more efficient at what you do if you repeat it enough times but that takes time and patience.That’s why it’s best to take things slow and not rush yourself.You can try cutting down the number of things you have to do and the time you spent doing them.You can make a list of things to do and plan your time better using a timetable.
